By using GoHiAI you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Who can use the Services

The GoHiAI Services are offered and available to users who are at least 18 years of age or older (or such other age as determined by us at our sole discretion, taking into account factors such as the jurisdiction in which you are a resident). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company or your parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Services.

Your rights to use the services

You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other GoHiAI users.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs from your account.

Rights you give us

While we aren't required to, we may review, screen and delete your User Content at any time if we think it may violate these Terms. You are responsible for the User Content that you send through the Services, including for back up of such content.

Although the Services do not currently contain advertisements, as a condition of your access or use of the Services, you agree that GoHiAI and its affiliates and third-party partners may place advertising on the Services.

We’re always happy to hear from you but if you volunteer any feedback or suggestions about GoHiAI or the Services, you agree that you will not submit to us any feedback or suggestions that you consider to be confidential or proprietary and that we can use your feedback and suggestions in any manner we deem is appropriate without compensating you.

Safety and Respecting the Rights of others

You may not upload, post, send, comment on or store User Content that:
(a) violates or infringes any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right;
(b) is false, intentionally misleading, illegal or promotes an illegal activity or that impersonates any other person or entity, including GoHiAI;
(c) is bullying, harassing, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, or offensive, or that contains pornography, nudity, or graphic or gratuitous violence, or that promotes violence, racism, discrimination, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
(d) is harmful to minors in any way or targeted at persons under the age of 13 (or such other age as determined by us at our sole discretion, taking into account factors such as the jurisdiction in which you are resident);
(e) spams or solicits GoHiAI users to purchase anything;
(f) requests any form of identification or illegal content from GoHiAI users;
(g) interferes with the positive experience of other users of the Services, in GoHiAI's discretion.

You agree not to use the Services to:
(a) upload or distribute any computer viruses, worms, malicious code, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data;
(b) collect information or data regarding other users, including email addresses or usernames, without their consent (e.g. using harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers);
(c) disable, overly burden, impair, or otherwise interfere with servers or networks connected to the Services (e.g. a denial of service attack);
(d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services (e.g. through password mining);
(e) interfere with another user's use and enjoyment of the Services.

Subscription Terms

(a) The subscription fee, payment method and charging cycle of the Service of VIP Membership, are independently determined and may be adjusted by us and will be showed to you on the relevant product service promotion and payment page.

(b) Automatic renewal services that may be launched in the future: Automatic renewal service refers to that when you purchase the Service of VIP Membership, you authorize us to entrust the payment channel (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) to deduct the fee of the next charging cycle from the balance of your binding account when the service term of membership is about to expire and within a certain period of time after the expiration without verifying the member account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information. You need to ensure that the balance in the above account is sufficient. If the deduction fails for any reason, the service term of membership will be terminated. After the service term expires, if you renew it successfully, the service term will be automatically extended. The above deduction entrustment is valid for a long time and is not limited by the number of times, unless you or we act expressly to cancel such automatic renewal. If you pay through a third party (such as Apple) and want to cancel your automatic renewal, you can do so through a third-party account. After the completion of the above cancellation operation, your automatic renewal will automatically terminate at the end of the current Charging Cycle. We also have the right to cancel the automatic renewal before the end of your current Charging Cycle, but we will inform you in advance in an appropriate way. You know and agree that there may be a delay in the display of automatic renewal status update, which is subject to your renewal status displayed in your account. And the deduction instruction that you have entrusted us to renew automatically is still valid before you successfully cancel it. We will not refund or compensate the fees deducted before the cancellation operation is completed based on such deduction instruction.

(c) Benefits: By subscribing, you are entitled to the rights described in the subscription package on the subscription page.

(d) Payment: We uses Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates as the third party service provider for payment services (e.g., card acceptance, merchant settlement, and related services) (a “Third Party Service Provider”). You must provide us with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or any other issuer accepted by us) through a payment provider (“Payment Provider”), or purchase order information, as a condition to signing up for the Services. Your Payment Provider agreement governs your use of the designated credit card or other payment method, and you must refer to that agreement, not this Agreement, to determine your rights and liabilities. By providing us with your credit card number or other payment method and associated payment information, you agree that we are authorized to immediately invoice your Account for all fees and charges due and payable to Company hereunder and that no additional notice or consent is required. You agree to immediately notify us of any change in your billing address or the credit card or other payment method used for payment hereunder. We may provide links to third-party websites or apps for your convenience only, and they are subject to the third party’s terms. We are not responsible or liable for those websites, products, or services.You agree to be bound by Stripe’s Privacy Policy (currently accessible at https://stripe.com/us/privacy) and its Terms of Service (currently accessible at https://stripe.com/us/terms) and hereby consent and authorize us and Stripe to share any information and payment instructions you provide with one or more Third Party Service Provider(s) to the minimum extent required to complete your transactions.

(e) Subscription Termination: You may terminate your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to your subscription at any time without notice to you if we believe that you have breached these Terms, or if we must do so in order to comply with law. In addition, if you have a subscription, we may terminate the subscription at any time for any other reason. Upon termination of these Terms or your subscription, we may at our option delete any Customer Data or other data associated with your Account.

(f) Refunds: Subscriptions purchased through a third party are subject to the third party’s refund policy. This means we are unable to provide refunds. If you are eligible for a refund, you will need to apply directly to the third party. Follow the instructions on the third-party support page to request a refund.

(g) Changes: To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will reasonably notify you of any such pricing changes by posting new prices and/or by sending an email or other prominent means. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription before the changes take effect.
